We do it all and for one price. We work with you, the listing agent, to make sure you and your seller are happy with the video and will make any changes to accommodate at no additional charge.

We carry a one million dollar liability policy whenever we take our Aerial Drone Videos so you can be rest assured, as the listing agent, the liability falls on our hands if anything were to happen. Not many drone companies out there in Charlotte can say that.
As a listing agent, it is important for your seller to know you are doing everything you can to sell their home. When I produce your drone video, I will give you an MLS Compliant video link you can use to upload in the non-branded section of your listing. This way, all the major sites will show your potential buyers a video that goes beyond the normal 24 images.
